Solveig Sommarström, who heads up Love Spirit Brand’s Product Development for Spirits, observes that:

For many years, Solveig have been teaching wine and spirit chemistry at Stockholm’s Restaurant Academy. She also occupies the liquor chemist chair at Sweden’s Spirits Academy and is an internationally recognised and prize- winning product developer, who has previously undertaken development projects for other top-tier international spirits brands.
